I personally don't prefer modded cars coz I don't really trust how people have done their mods especially if heavily modded engine and ricer looking cars. Sure there are genuinely good mods but I'd rather do it on my own for that reason coz it will better suite my own purpose and preferences. So the more stock std the car, the better for me.
Some who do not like to do mod, will like to get one fully done up...

Exactly, that's why I prefer more std cars.

Cheaper to buy modded than modding yourself also. :smokin:
Yes, much cheaper if you compare to installing those mods new but there's some risk like Ken Yeang mentioned above. If buy modded ones, better go back to the same shops that the previous owners did the mods so they know the car's history, at least until the issues ironed out.

I think it all boils down to individual. Some like stock standard already DAMN power no need to mod (lambo, ferarri, porsche, etc.). Some like to mod. Some like to buy fully modded cars and say is they mod. Many types la.....Hahahahahaha....

I simply just enjoy learning and researching on the mods. And DIYs. And then once you did your mod correctly, the satisfaction is priceless. Is like all your research and planning worked out. Feels satisfying and happy. But it only last 1-2months before your craving for other mods come. Hahahahahah.

And yes, i dont want to risk buying a modded car. Dont know what the hell it has been done. Or where has it been too. But if is a close friend's modded ride, can consider la..... Hehehehehehe.....

Or plastidip. Hehehe.

True also. If mod not done correctly then theres a lot of places that can create issues. But even stock car can have issues if you dont know the history. Like my wila. :banghead: Luckily nothing terribly wrong with it

Buy modded car, and if newbie don't know a thing about it, and always rely on mechanic.
If mod on own , whether DIY or send in for mod at least know something about the mod.....hahhahha:driver:

9k for proton wira or saga ok lah. Anything else i dont think so.
i have spent over RM10k on my Neo...what i get?

almost nothing...
only a few bit more horsepower than Neo CPS..
and some good audio system..
interior similar to Neo CPS..

but still no safety...
no nice exterior..
difference handling..

consider it good due to RM15k price difference of B-Line to CPS..or not...

some mod can get better value than full spec car..
some, you've spend which might be better off with full spec car...

Maybe after modded, you have adapted and immune to the upgrades after some time.
Perhaps it is time for another mod?

When problem arises, you might not know where it comes from because the car is already not stock and you don't know what parts the previous owner changed. If it is good stuff, then you are lucky. What if it is some cap ayam brand stuff?

Then you also cap ayam already.
But ya, if cap ayam mods give way then its problematic. That's why better if got mod list. Hehehehehe

My mom's old faithful, Toyota Corolla (KE-70 model i think) has been stolen right in-front my house in Kajang, despite having security guards patrolling the neighborhood.

The car is white in color and in very OEM condition, except for some metal door frame sticking out from the left rear door.
