Hmm.. I used and tried on quite a few.. here I group it up.

Track, AutoCross, Gymkhana

- Falken 615K (Current set, used in Sepang and Touge, Currently stored and waiting for ZTH TTA Sepang in Dec)
Used on EvoX
Super sticking power
Good in wet (But not good when there's thick water on highway)
SUPER NOISY
SUPER EXPENSIVE... RM 1600 per piece 245/40/18

- Advan Neova AD05 (Used in Gymkhana and Autocross on Nissan Sunny 130Y... KEKEKE)
Used in Honda Civic B16A
Good grip in DRY
Drifting around in WET

- Hankook Ventus V12 (Used in Sepang for Track Day and Time Attack... Once in RAIN and Very Wet Track condition )
Most economical Track tires I used so far.
Lancer GLS, Civic B16A
Good for Daily Drive too..
A bit noisy but not as bad as Semi Slicks

Daily Drive

- Yokohama Advan A10
Safe, Quite a bit Soft.

- Yokohama Parada (forgot the model, like sotong)
Good grip, Good water parting
Used 2 sets on Civic B16A alone..
Good Value and Good Performance.

- Neuton NT8000
Testing this set now.
So far, it outperformed it's Price. Dirt Cheap.

How did you find the Hankook's sidewall?
SOFT.
Even from the design itself, you can see that is it not so Chunky.

Hankook RS3 would be a better choice for harder sidewalls.
