DIY front bonnet louvers

Do like this.
It feels pretty effective but it doesn't ram the air like OEMs.

Woooooo bro that looks too extreme n complicated bro hehe..it's my 1st try on this kind of project..n DIY-ing at that..Besides I think a 'flat' bonnet eg. Lancer wld b more suitable coz my current one (evo4) has got a big air vent in d middle oredi so cutting it off to look like d one in d pic is very difficult if x impossible....

A noob question: why need a louver? Cannot just put a simple mesh?

maybe hardware shop. i know they have aluminium sheet. maybe can use it and make louvers.

Yeah bro thot about that but thing is u need a mold to knock d metal sheet correctly into shape or else x work...goes crooked2...:( n they x sell d mold off shelf..

Nvm I came up wiz another idea..may work may x but x know unless try rite :)...get back to u guys soon..

Btw it's nearly done..just need d wire mesh (x prob) n d alum louvers done n I'm set hehe...

use evo3 louvers....nice clean design...just need cut 2 square holes beneath it
