Radiator Fan Switch Help Help

Hello to all sifu - sifu outhere , last week when i went to regular service for my satria 1.3 97, the mechanic told me that my radiator fan switch got problem dy, coz the fan run a while then stop, he ask us to change for rm50 includin installation, but that time i dont have money so he direct the electricty without passing through the switch, so that the fan can run everytime i start the car, can i know what the price for a switch in the market , izzit recommended for me to change it my self. Can i know where is the location of the switch in the car, n where can i buy it ???

Bro, if you can do fix it urself then you change do it. If cannot send to pro beter. Dont want tomesh up the condition mah...rite ??

radiator fan will spin only if it is required to spin to cool down the radiator .
it could be the switch , it could be the faulty sensor when it delivers faulty sensor reading to the switch to activate it .
the radiator fan wont spin everytime .
try other mechanic .
does ur engine over heat ?
