Why do some of the drivers stick their hand out while they drive?

satria_95, my friend drives an auto car and sometimes he puts his right leg up to have fresh air as now he can drive with his left leg controlling the accelerator and the brake...

lolz... my friend last time used to stick his leg out and whack his friend's car beside... or sometimes jz open the door in the middle of the road when travelling... kanasai one la dat guy...
