Hello, :)

Anyone got any information on Honda Civic EG springs?

Please do let me know what spring you are using on your Civic EG and how about the ride height and the stiffness?

Me looking for a set of low spring but not very very stiff.

Thank you so much. :(

hie, thank you for your reply

is not that stiff for track use and then not like cutting spring

haha, i know what you mean :)

You should try Apex from Holland. Cheaper than Eibach and H & R but quality the same.

Not all springs are the same. Apex is definitely not in the same league with Eibach or H&R. Maybe Apex can be compared with Sparco springs. Eibach and H&R are premium products - that is why the price is higher - I've used both H&R and Eibach and am quite happy with them. While they will not offer the feel of adjustables, they are more practical for day to day driving. Good balance between comfort and handling.

I would definitely recommend H&R springs for your EG. The price might be higher but you're getting a premium product - comes with lifetime warranty (conditions apply).

Thank you everyone. How about the Dr Springs, KWs and even APMs?

Thank you RAD for your SMS reply.

Hie OSFlanker, how's Apex performance? :)

Yup, what RAD mentioned is true. ;)

I've used both Eibach and H&R as well......
currently on H&R & just love the handling :)

based on my experienced on the Dr Springs that u are mentioned above...personally i'm not recommend to u...soft....
tq... :)

Thank you for your comments on Dr Spring
Dr Spring was in my buying list but it is out now i think.

Hie gsr, thank you. But H&R is a bit pricy i think. :P Would think of it.

Hie, how about others? Did APM produce springs for Honda? I have been on APM Satria and i like the rate. Would consider it also if it makes springs for Honda Civics. :)

just to ask u...izzit handling or the looks that u r looking for? coz...if your target is only the looks...ok go ahead with the spring installation but if your target is handling+looks... then i recommend u to get spring complete with shocks....maybe adj. one.
n how much is your budget in this suspension project actually?

how's the performance for K-Speed springs? the height?.. on satria 15 inch rims? for 1.6-1.8 engine.. ?

Hie,

My budget is kind of small actually around RM500 will do for the springs. I eventually not really looking deep into performance but instead of outlook. I really do like APM's spring rate but do they have for EGs? How about KG/MM? I am scared that KG/MM's rate is higher than APMs then BUMP BUMP BUMP. :(
