The design looks sound. But I'm not an engineer, but with that low level of boost I don't think you'll need to strengthen anything much if installed in a car?

aiM - what on earth do you do for a living? Awesome la your design

Aim..

the system looks ok..

but the name.. sounds like a 'ubat kuat lelaki'.. people sell on streetside..

Naik Terus System? dont u wanna put a more commercial name?

i'm sure the performace is "SureUp" :top:

With dry shot system, i dont recommend power upgrade more than 30%, it's too risky. furthermore, need to add air fuel ratio gauge (wide band is the best) to monitor the afr, if the reading is below rich, need to decrease the power. Theoretically, no need to strengthen anything, only to adjust the afr to richer and retard the ignition timing. But, if anybody wanna be my 'guinea pig', you're welcome~! hahaha

My design also got safety, as i'm using 1800 psi burst disk to prevent tank explosion, the tank also under DOT 3AL spec, and my fitting, hose, solenoid are rated more than 2000 psi. The power is also adjustable, just change the fogger nozzle.

For the time being, my NTS system will be for moped bike first, i'm still doing r&d for car.

Last time i'm worked as engineer on oil & gas, now i'm selling nasi lemak - www.NasiLemak2u.com and part time drifter, haha :burnout:

haha, now u know why i put naik terus. confirm orang putih pronounce it very funny.
i also put this name to make people know that it is made in Malaysia.
Malaysia Boleh~!!

muahahaha.. naik terus........may i ask u to custom a set for me, as super cool intercooler spray?? lol

also can, but dont use nitrous, it is too expensive. you can use CO2 instead, you can refill the co2 at any paintball shop for only RM5

u can easily diy?

not really difficult, as my nitrous kit also can support co2 (co2 & n2o nearly have the same pressure & weight), just need to custom the fogger in front of the intercooler.

cant use wiper washer nozzle directly? erm..... will there be any danger if put inside the car causes any danger? heat by the sun when park unshaded?

one thing is dangerous if using NOS in a stock NA engine. Cause I seen a lot of car company keep making manifold that does not look like metal but more of a plastic type. I mean not the weak and useless plastic. What I'm saying is, when you use NOS, a lot of oxygen will inside the intake manifold and if the pressure is to high, it can blow the manifold leaving a crack. And like what all the people comment here, is to expensive to refill and a lot of wear and tear. So is up to you whether you want to use it. Give it a try, sometimes installing new stuff and learning new things can help you in the future, but also there is a cost where you have to pay. hehe. Good luck on the nitrous oxide :D

cant, as the nozzle cant stand the pressure. we are taling about 1000 psi here. I think no, as the tank is under DOT 3AL spec and comes with 1800 psi burst disk. If over fill, then it can be dangerous.

that's why we use fogger nozzle, to control the nitrous pressure and power. Furthermore, nos can only be activated when in full throttle, thus making the intake manifold in vacuum pressure - negative pressure not in positive pressure

negative pressure inside manifold.. outside is still positive..

the air outside will force their way inside..

this can be overcome with a proper CAI with air ram effect..

it's all about how u set up ur car

I never heard even in the underground market that sell nitor oxide here in our country. So, I haven't tried that one.
