yup, for bolt-on the cost aroud 2k-3k but a lot of work need to do including modi and customing parts. My Kenari almost 3 weeks in workshop and will completed in 1 - 2 more days. Still maintain stock piston but using double metal gasket for more protection on da piston when boosting on gear 1, 2 & 3.
Mine using L6 engine head with all da parts and also da turbine set. B'coz this car is n/a ecu so thats why need more works to be done..

another 4-5k......

 "microtech inside"

I don't think so Microtech can fit aaa, coz it's start from 4 to 12 cyl. engine same as motec also. I'm now thinking on another piggyback "SMT6"

cams.. not to say not good ler.. itz good.. but ... it`ll give u idling and fuelling probz.. (matspeed ones).. coz the idling is very high.. makan minyak kuat ohh~~ wherelse powerzone one power increase not satisfactory for the price paid.. try reading the performance cams thread in k2oc webby...

the matspeed cam tat give bad idling n fuelling problem is because it is a hi cam... if i m not mistaken, u can actually ask them 2 regrind ur original cam to watever degree tat u like... unlike powerzone... but pz cam u dont have all those problem because the cam profile is not tat aggresive... so u get better idling n u dont have 2 add fuel pump n extra injector... but u need 2 sacrifice some bhp...

1) should i turbocharge or use high compression on my kelisa engine?

- Increasing your compresssion ratio alone doesn't give u big horsepower. I guess what u really want to u know is "sould i turbocharge or modify the engine the N/A (normally aspirated) way"
- Which want do u like? The turbo sound (pish kapish :D) and the strong low-mid torque, or do u like the sound of the engine screaming at 8000RPM?

2) how much horsepower i will get if use turbocharge?

- Truth is, how much horsepower u can get from turbo depends on how much RM u've spent. The more u can spend the higher the output would be. U can actually spend as much as over RM20K for full-blown turbo.

3) how much horsepower i will get if use high compression?

- Same as above. However once u try to push ur Kelisa beyond 100 horsepower, getting more will be much much harder (technically and financially speaking).

4) pros and cons of using turbocharge?

- No cons if it's done correctly, except one day i may get bored with the power and decided to shoot for higher boost :)
- Once u try to increase the horsepower higher, u really have to invest more money and the car becomes harder to driver (eg wheelspin, turbo lag etc)

5) pros and cons of using high compression?

- Again, I guess u mean N/A modification
- Pros? N/A is good & cost-effective if u're looking for 30-50% horsepower increase from ur standard engine. Try go beyond that and the cost starts to rise against you.
- Once u try to increase the horsepower higher, u really have to invest more money and the car becomes harder to driver (eg high idle, weak low-end torque etc)

IMO it's better u turbocharge ur Kelisa, since I don't think Kelisa has many N/A performance options available (eg racing cams, ported heads, quad TB etc).

Well, u can actually run a racing cam and still have nice idling / low-end torque, but u need a programmable ECU / piggyback that can reshape ur ignition timing, if u're running carburetor then u're out of luck, u'll simply have to accept idling at 2000RPM <_<

Well, my Iswara 1.3 carb is N/A tuned and produced 30% more horsepower than standard Iswara. I've seen Iswara that is N/A-tuned to over 130 horsepower, and it's still using standard Proton engine. Not too bad eh :P
