they can give saman?...

I think it's rather clear that since it was mentioned that the wallet was left at home, the RM30 is the cost of the summon, NOT THE BRIBE.
I ain't sure, but I'm suggesting in a friendly manner that some of y'all ought to read carefully first. :p
