do u mean the ignition timing? If so, the ignition timing mark is close to the belts. You would have to stand to left of the car and look down at the belts. You would see a metal plate with 5, 10 and 15 printed on it. The proper ignition timing should be 10 degrees. But in order to get a proper reading you would have to set the ignition to basic ignition timing by grounding a wire. The wire is located at the firewall, close to the TB. It has a brown plastic cover and you have to open the cover to reveal a terminal. Ground that using a crocodile clip and then only start your car. The "Check Engine" light would be illimunated.

i mean the timing alignment marks for timing belt got the cam but little confused about the crank. I thought it was the second hole in crank gear in counter clock of the woodruff keyway but don't want to be wrong on the interference engine. and i do believe on this model the timing is set at 5 degrees btdc with no engine vacuum. 93 4g93 16v. can anyone verify that for me.
