External pump means dry sump right?

i believe we talking about fueling system here...dry sump if i not mistaken is part of lubrication system...which is another story all together...

Actually you don't gain any performance increase with an external pump than it's not really worth doing it. Not carefully done, well you can have a car BBQ..
