i'm not aware there are cam cover ?(rocker cover ?) tightened with screws, usually using bolts, or maybe i'm wrong, anyway you could try to use an impact driver.

this is what i usually do... but its at your own risk tho.

Take a small nail and punch a hole on the top of the screw. Make sure that the hole is deep enough. Next step, is to use an ice pick / sharp '-' screw driver. Place the edge at the hole that you have 'knocked'. Slowly hammer the ice pick / screw driver anti clock wise. Make sure that you do not knock too hard... Slow and Steady is the key word to this.

Try it, but if it fails then you must use tykoh's method.

try this..go to a hardware shope n buy a stud remover/stud exractor/spiral flute extractor, not very expensive the china ones, then drill a small hole dead center on the bolt then drive this extractor in and the bolt will be screwed out.. here's the page if u wana view what it looks like..

after you drill a hole, just wrench in the tools/extraxtor into the hole anticlockwise(like unscrew), the tools will goes in while ur screw will be untightened/loosen, but will be a bit hard if ur screw are too small, just make sure u buy a right size, maybe you should bring a sample screw to the hardware & they can help you to choose the right one.

wow..
then dono will work or not

my screw rather small...
the head's diameter is just about 1cm++
so the screw thread body will be <1cm in diameter....

i use hex-key.

It's easier if you have a electrical drill. Find a suitable hex-key and slowly knock it into the "O" hole and drive it anti-clock wise to unscrew the damaged screw. Make sure you use the slowest speed initially, if it doesn't move, increase the speed gradually.

Did this many time before. 100% works.

There are many opinions of what makes a good engine oil, and how a good oil should perform....

There are just too many diversities of thoughts ......

I would like to share how I choose my engine oil:

1) We know that engine oil is made of base oil and additive.... If we would have idea on the quality of this 2 raw material, it should be very helpful in choosing engine oil...

- I prefer engine oil makers that have their own crude oil extraction and base oil processing facilities...
