Stock/Normal absorbers = an absorber which will travel as stated in O.E.M. specified height.
Stock Springs + Stock absorbers = Good

Lowered Springs + Stock absorbers = Not that Bad
If you want your car to "damp" you more than you "damp" the car, feel free to try this settings.
Stock Springs + Short-stroke absorbers = Bad
