Oic,
Sorry about being outdated on "Firenza". But since it's owned be Falken now, what's the review on it ?. Anyone currently using the new Falken (Previously Firenza) tyres ?. What's it called now ?.
Myself using Bridgestone's "Turanza" (205/55/16). Good grip under dry and wet but noisy laa. Partly maybe because my ride is a weekend ride. Hehahehehe.

I'm on Firenza ST-08 18" tyres, sold it off with the wheels as the buyer really impressed with the comfort + silent + good grip + affordable price.

Now,I have second set of wheels, what brands will I opt for?
I'm still opting for Firenza's ST-O8,the best and extremely affordable Japan made tyres.

Firenza is Falken now? I think it belongs to Sumitomo Japan

Guys,
I think what's important here is, how we drive and to what extend we've used our tyres. What I mean is, a soft driver who drives around the city and never exceeds 180Km in wet roads wouldn't know if his tyre is griipy under wet conditions.
We all use different tyres and they may appear to be silent and grippy. But under what conditions and to what extend have we tested the tyres ?.....

So,
please state the extreme conditions you guys have put your tyres through along with your experiences when posting reviews on your tyres of choice. This would definitely help others in decision making as different drivers have different needs...

I pakai kereta on the weekends only. Most of the time on the highway. After reading around as to why my tyres are noisy only did I find out that, tyres perform best when they are used often.
So now I consider my usage style before deciding on tyres....

Hope you guys get what I mean...

i've used falken ziex n alzenis models.. its a good on street use tyres.. very comfy n silent.. but the wear n tear is faster than most tyres iv seen... if you use on extreme competition like on track or hill corners.. it will wear faster.. but it grips good on dry n considerable good contrls on wet..

Michelin Pilot preceda & Mxf sport is good on Dry.. very poor on wet... treadwear is also good not so fast wearing like Falken Ziex and Yoko Advan series... but for conti tyre makers, i like Pirelli.. very comfy n silent... but not many tyre sizes offered for small cars n not many carry this brand..

ive never own a toyo... but most ppl claim it is good for normal n competitive drive.. from Proxes t1r,r1r n R888... but price is quite expensive than other brands even for 15inch series.. maybe would give it a try on my next tyre change...

Hi ZTH,

I was driving back home at midnight while my car ran over a road bump at 40-50kph on a downwards slope. As i was approaching the house, i realised that some liquid was leaking consistently from underneath the car. I quickly parked my car at the porch and examined the leaks, fearing it might be oil or petrol. however, the liquid was actually clear and odourless. I am uncertain of my car's condition; was the liquid just water or something else? I have reason to suspect it's not just...
