-cheaper way just use water soap and rub it a bit harder.
-A bit costly for one time spend, just use Soft 99,u can buy it at hardware shop,i very like to use this soft 99,just apply it on the 3m sticker wait a minutes and rub it,all gone!..

actually almost any type of car polish will do the trick.
i've removed decals, emblems from cars many times and i grab any car polish i have (at the time) and it works fine.

is tat a 3M double side tape :hmmmm:, coz i use a lot 3M product. from household to car care.
normally 3M double side tape is very easy to remove.

btw for easy removal any liquid wax will do.

Another option if i may suggest is use a hair dryer and blow on it then rub it off with hands...if its the rubber based type. I have tried and its easy and fast.

Some people recommended using 2T. But I'm not sure if it is corrosive to the paintjob.

WD40 will do the job.
you can also use WD40 for removing tar from the paint.
