How much would it cost to convert CVT EK3 to manual

I'm planning to convert my 99 Civic CVT to manual.

How much issit for the following for D15B engine.

-Honda S40 manual gearbox c/w OBD2B compatible sensors + starter
-clutch set (at gearbox side)
-clutch pedal set (including master n slave cylinder, reservior, hydro lines, mounts etc)
-shifter + shifter links
-obd2b manual 3stage ecu for EK3
-flywheel
-workmanship

Or anybody knows who ever did this mod successfully?
