fuel regulator

hi, would like to know, what is the advatage/benefit to install a fuel regulator for the car (more fc safe or ......). and how often do we need to service/adjust this fuel regulator. pls advide.

Hi Guys,
i also need to know more about this Fuel Regulator, i driving a year 95 Honda Civic (A) with-out v-tec, don't know this think will help on my car on anything or not? in the market i often saw two brand seling around, 1 is SARD & the 2nd is AeroSpeed.The SARD is more expensive & i not sure what is the diffrent?I think the SARD Regulator will be more acurrate or long lasting compare to AeroSpeed.
