guys
i've modded my 2 door vitara with the following mods:

Engine: CA18DET with T25 from SR20DET with blitz BOV and etc
Tyres: 215/60/r15 bridgestone turanza
Boost: stock (around 0.6psi)

now, what im concerned with is the fuel consumption
i mean i know i improved the car for the performance, so i should expect a reduced performance in the fuel department
but this is worst than choppy, i mean its running rich like brits in the waterhole
last time, with the suzuki G16a, it was running on 11km/l
now its running around 7-8km/l
i've chatted with some guys from the US, ireland and uk who did a somewhat similar mods like me (vitara 2-4 doors with ca18det, they all got 27-30mpg - around 11-12km/l)

now, i was wondering it must have something to do with my tuning @ the ECU or that my O2 sensor had died or was never replaced
i asked around in workshops in kl, they never heard of the term O2 sensor what more a multi meter
i know these stuffs but only in theory

any of u guys can recommend me a place in kl or selangor to go and have a check at my O2 sensor?

Bro, go to ATS auto sunway. They can check that. They did an engine conversion of an SUV with a performance car's engine. But not a vitara though. hehe. By the way, thats a nice and rare conversion! Vitara reminds me of the college life..

Hi,
Can I ask if you are still using the vitara gearbox with the 4WD?
If yes, how did you mate the gearbox to the engine?

i've replaced the vitara gearbox with ca18det's
so no more 4wd
but light offroad can still be done

Too bad, would have been swell to still have 4WD to put all that power to the ground...
