no it isn't.
once in awhile, remove it from the intake hose and shoot compressed air into the power intake. i feel it's best to do it from the inside out since the filtered dirt will be on the outer layer of the filter, hence more dirt should be removed.

shoot with AIR GUN then your apexi filter get bigger air flow......1 hole 1 hole already
