i tekan the tv mode on the player this morning but i think it's direct for tv channels only. Gonna see if i can try to find 8tv ;) also need to find out the frequencies..........

DVD didn't work.

Then i though the DVD player read those special japan disc only. like our normal DVD's have different version for regions........ what should i do now?

Hi guys,

Another IS250 owner reported in, own my IS250 for about 3 weeks, 2006 Japan spec with Alcantara.

I have a question, is IS250 come with Sport & Luxury spec? I always feel like my car very bumpy due to she having a hard suspension / absorber.

Please advice.

Drive slowly and it's soft. Drive fast and it gets hard. Try 180kmh, it feels bumpy.

This is what I notice so far.

Just had first 10k service. They actually took off the wheel - to recalibrate the brakes? no idea man, saw them tweaking with the brake.

For those who are interested:
Labour : RM228 + 6% service
Oil : 7 litres
Total : RM600+ (labour + oil + gasket)

*P/S : 1k service was free (they took off the wheel as well) - standard service procedure maybe?

2. Can the cd play dvd?
3. Can we change the flyaudio dvd navi to our car?
4. How is the recent recall?

Missed out on the most important detail : It was at Lexus Mutiara Damansara.

Further breakdown of cost:
Labour : RM228 + 6%
Oil : RM400 +-
Oil Filter : 50 +-

Total RM670

taking off wheel probably checking if your disc is warped.

Tested wif 523 on plus highway on last sat, from 120-180km/h on par , cant really have any advantage, but fro 180-220km/h able to over take him slowly, i guess maybe 523 top end lose a bit

1. don't think so. you have to buy as aftermarket product
2. after much debate - even during the tt session last friday - it varies. some cars can some cannot. this could be due to the first customer who bought the car and did not want it as an option, or mod the player.
3. yes should be, but don't know anybody who was done it yet.
4. if you're talking about the fuel pressure sensor, 06 models not affected.

I did not check out on the oil filter they use, will check out with them again the enxt service. 4 more months. Disc warped at 10k? hmmmmm
