Bro, how to diffrentiate direct/indirect mounted? wira belongs to which catergory??
This is how it's differenciate. U know, the satya bushes..? THose are the indirect linkage using rubber bushes as connecting media. In order to upgrade the stock ARB into a better effectiveness, people might change to PU bushes. They are stiffer and have better durability compare to the OEM rubber bushes.
So, the ARB is mounted via the linkage indirectly to the lower arm.
However, when using direct mounting. The ARB is mounted onto the Absorbers instead of lower arm. Which highly increase the effectiveness of the antiroll bar. The linkage is mounted via a pillow ball directly onto the ARB and absorbers.
No Bushes needed except for the main bush on the cross member.
90% of wira uses indirect mounted ARB. But, the WIRA SE 1st batch uses direct mounted. those with 4 disc brakes.
For better explaination, U can check this discussion on my previous post when i was selling my 1.6 stock antifoll bar.
