The bushings didn't cause much. It was within 50

The one thing I noticed about auto trannies is that if you are able to find a reliable person to overhaul for you, the gb will last. Like my last gb, it was overhauled for the third time when I bought the car 5 years back. I never had to do anything to it except to maintain the ATF. Back then, I trashed the gb a lot but I changed the ATF at every service intervals and it has carried me through without problems for the last 5 years when I felt the tranny has reached it's end.

So my theory is this, if the ATF is well taken care off, then the tranny will be less problematic. Mechanics will always tell you that the ATF needs to be replaced every 10 to 20k done but I think that it actually depends on your driving style. Like me, I'm a hard driver and with the ATF cooler installed, I still feel that with my driving style, the ATF will lose it's effectiveness due to the stress and heat generated from all the hard driving and that is why I change it at every service intervals together with the ATF filter.

Just my 2 cents.

thats the problem...dunno the problem genuine anot.......
if install at AG, sure they will rectify the problem...if install other wshops we wont know wat they do behind us.......they remove the parts & replace with faulty ones then blame us for selling them fauty gbox.....thats the risk we have to take......
summore not all workshops have the capability to intall it....

maybe need to overhaul it back & put it up for sale again......
that's why. i think i learned a lesson there and maybe for lan_eterna too coz i kinda accidentally dragged him into this. haha..
anyways, Jerung already overhauled it to it's former glory and sold it already.

true true..
must look for very skilled and reliable foreman to overhaul/rebuild back the gb.

and yes, take care of the ATF, ur gb may last.
and dont delay in changing the auto clutches too if u feel its worn..
