MyVi gets my vote again. For most the same reasons as the MyVi 1.0 in the below 40K category. Cheap, practical, economical. Lots of bang for your buck. Dynamically not as good but, again, at this sort of price tag, not really the most important thing.

The trusty Wira would be the winner...but again, like the Saga, has 1960s engineering (a figure of speech, don't argue saying that's not accurate).
