like i said i got a ta 23 jdm spec
i am still building the car up . most of the stuff inside is new

hie the bro, u can check it out at taman sri sentosa near a petronas used car dealer at pj there were selling 3 numbers standard version and almost good condition, all sabah plate, i do own one of kind but not standard version.

And RM4k for a running condition? You may get a running conditon RA28 for RM4k alright, if:
1. You are related to the owner;
2. The owner is desperate for cash;
3. The car is a rustbucket with running engine and little else besides that.
Many people want 'cheap thrills'. Owning and running a classic car is not.
Refraining from making offers to buy a running classic for a mere RM4k is not exactly a shabby thing to do. Otherwise, you would imply that the owner is your family, or he is desperate for cash, or his car is running rustbucket.
That can be insulting.
At least, try to do some research before getting too excited.

So, in your quest for your 'new good idea', you can start by:
1. editing your thread title;
2. adjusting either your budget (RM4k) or your requirement (running condition);
