8600rpm revs cut is a jdm spec. export model is 7400rpm e.g Singapore spec.
the JDM revs cut is already maximum from the engine.
if you past the barrier, your valve spring will breakout and cause engine damage.
the option chip in my hands have few option for your ride style.
revs cut = 8600rpm
fifth gear = 7500rpm ( > 180kmh)
