Bear with us on this one. We know it seems like overload for the SSC Ultimate Aero II but courtesy of the folks at Top Gear, we now get to view the Bugatti Veyron killer from the end that we would pay to spank.
Being penned by the skilled strokes of Jason Castriota, who gave us the Bertone Mantide, the Ultimate Aero II will be everything its predecessor wasn’t, aesthetics wise at least. While the first iteration was form over function, this time around the two aren’t mutually exclusive.
Flowing lines that blend subtly with hard edges finally bless the car with the beauty that should have accompanied its brawn. The rear is definitely not of this world, which probably makes sense as the car is supposedly aiming for a top speed that would launch it into orbit.
Still, the exhaust pod looks like it might get some fair share of abuse by sticking out like that but in all honesty, is it humanly possible to even give a damn for that?
