jerk on cornering..help...

dear all.. anybody have an experience on this situation?? when cornering 90-100 degrees at high speed (40-80kmh), my car was jerking like want to stop.. by that, cornering on gear 2 n 3 also same.. but after checking, my tyre didnt touch mudguard n no sound teck..teck.. on ball joint..

plz help...

if cars jerk while cornering it will be fuel supply prob,check fuel pump,fuel line...n do fuel pressure test....btw whats your ride n engine??

help again... stil have jerk.. already change fuel filter, fuel pump n power steering pump.. n da fuel tank also had clean.. but very confuse coz only jerk when corner on left.. no prob if corner on right..

spark plug.. cable plug?? sumtimes kong spark plugs can be fault at high rpm but ok on lower rpm.. like mine :)

must b sumting wrong with ur fuel pump.. check it out b4 replacing 1st.. just a guess

already change fuel pump on back left of engine.. but still jerk..

My dad's car jerks and engine will or almost die, especially when slowdown and turn left. Mechanic checked, so changed the spark plugs and cable. No more problems.

Hope this is not too late.

what u are experiencing is fuel surge. trust me on this i have experienced the same thing. u have 2 options, 1 is cheap and 1 is expensive.

1. the cheap way:
dont drive fast in corners.

2. the expensive way:
install a fuel surge tank with an external fuel pump.
a fuel surge tank will cost u rm250 for stainless steel. the design is similar to oil catch tank but with hoses coming in and out of the tank. and u need an external fuel pump (brand new rm400 used rm180) to pump the fuel from surge tank to ur engine. ur in-tank fuel pump will only function to pump fuel from fuel tank to surge tank.

so da prob is a fuel pump in da fuel tank? i have ask this question in 1 workshop but he say dat there re no pump in da fuel tank.. he say dat only injection engine hav da pump in da fuel tank.. which 1 is true?

wait, ur 4G13 injection or carb? if carb, i have never heard of anyone experiencing fuel surge before...
