I want to fix the engine problem but the cost is very high, so I want to change it resolved into the engine, the engine kind of hard to not know what the most ideal and no cutting off of the mounting, other than the standard engine .... intention to put the EFI engine ... help me get the best engine model .... pls ... thank for their cooperation.:driver:

depends on how much you wan to put in... basic D series engine D15,D16 ect... more budget then get B series like B16... rich the B18 ok K20... but market all half cut very $$$ unless you get a Dseries...cheaper... just my 2 cents

agree with TKS. the best bang for buck i think would be the D16 1.6 SOHC VTEC engine.

or you could look for the 1.6 Si DOHC (NON-VTEC) engine from the EF3/EF7 halfcuts.

take note that the D16 is newer though.

I intend to buy it from a friend, he had already bought halfcut EK Japan have not been installed in the car, he was accident, the car is total lost ... Poor fellow his fate so :bawling:.... Where should I cut or add any parts?:driver:hmmmm:idea:

Ehmm, politics aside, but the half cut prices will shoot up like gold if you buy after the abolishment. If u really want to maintain your ole faithful , better stock up the parts b4 its too late!

Oh no! Japan was just hit by a devastating earthquake/tsunami. The half cut price will shoot up very soon ! or is it the other way around? (japanese Yen down?) .

Mercedes-Benz presents its participation on the Mille Miglia 2011. The Mille Miglia is a 1000 mile race between Brescia and Rome. This year, Mika Hakkinen will be participating behind the wheel of the iconic Mercedes-Benz SLR 300 race car. Along with other notable drivers that are joining the race are Sir Jackie Stewart, David Coulthard and Michael Schumacher. Definitely a very picturesque video. Enjoy...
