Hello guys. I'm Zhaf. Would like to ask you guys about fitting the L9 move aerodown seat. Recently I've purchased the seats to fit into my fiancee's Kenari. Can the gear shifter be modified so that I won't have to change it to the L9 steering column? I've heard some say that it can be modified like bending the lever and making it longer. Is this true? BTW I'm a newbie in the Daihatsu world.

forgot to mention that it is an auto transmission.
