ECR33 Low-beam is turn off momentarily when flashing Hi-beam

Hi fellow ECR33 drivers,

With your Low-beam on during night driving, when you pull the head lamp lever towards yourself to "flash" your hi-beam(when seeing leng lui or going to overtake or etc.), does your Low-beam gets turn off momentarily(comes back on when lever is released) ?

My Low-beam would turns off when I flash Hi-beam momentarily, is this normal or someone has tampered with the original wiring ?

My ex car R33 low beam also OFF during high beam.Should say normal...saw a kit for sale to make it 4 lamps on during high beam before.

Its normal... u can wire it to stay on if you want.
