Full Adjustable? Firstly try compress the springs and tune damping to harder. If that fails, change to harder springs...

Set spring to low preload. Compress 5mm in.
Then adjust dampening.
Got body shift?

Got body shift, dun need set spring preload / compress spring.
Can use to lowered the car.
From your pictures, got two lock. No body shift. :hmmmm:

Yah! picture show HLSH only. Compress spring the car will go higher. No damping adjustment too.....

set the soft/hard, turn clockwise or anti clockwise.

In that case compress the springs and tune damping to harder. If that fail need harder springs....
