Worn out Crank Pulley (Observer the read cirle), that's the culprit giving knocking sound.

Need to source lightweight aluminium crankpulley to replace that heheheheh

alreaddy swap to 4g6xt series a month ago... because i alreddy make decision to keep it as long as i live :driver: ...

is it Evo engine? nowadays, it's hard to register, need a lot a money..
 
i've been asking the same question to my friends and they said it is a gud mod for 4g91 .. btw, my friend is selling a rechipped 4g91 ecu ...dunno to take it or not :P

ive tried inserting a 92DOHC ecu into my 91,
tried ref... at 4500rpm, puuup puuupp puup..fuel cut i guess.. how come uh? is it because of the air flow sensor??

earlier i tot wanna add piggyback..
tight budget edi...looking for cheaper alternative...any idea guys??
 
My car goes into workshop today for quite a major corrective maintenance, replace pistong ring, valve seal, timing belt and few small details. Hope can complete by Monday or Tuesday.

and to pay LHDN at the same time... huhuhu kopak!

My car is out of the workshop, test it out, need to check back, at rpm 5k no kick as usual, like 2nd butterfly not open, maybe the vacuum hose tanggal or something.
No more 'asap' frm exhaust and no more noisy engine heheheheh...

btw,may i ask wats ur setting 4 ur pulley?? advance or retard?? n how many degrees did u adjst it..... thanks..

What is the code of ur Air Flow sensor?
 
because of last time many parts wear here n there, I adjust back to normal, now not yet setting. I cant really remember the setting. I think 5 degree retard on exhaust and 2 degree advance on intake.

5 degree,meaning 2markings?? 1mark = 2 degree.... mmmmm, m kinda confuse wit this adjstmnt.. now both exhaust n intake r set on retard... 2 markings..= 4degree... need 2 play more wit it.. hehehe.
 
1 mark 1 degree at the campulley, what it state at the campulley 2 degree is the timing degree at your crankpulley down there (if u use arospeed, other brand donno got write like that)

means if u retard ur cam 1 degree u have to retard your timing 2 degree, by adjusting your distributor.

any sifoo help me here, I not really understand it myself.

ayell, very simple, when u turn ur intake cam pulley toward the A ( advance ) marking, then u need to advance ur ignition timing as well, or else ur ignition timing will be restarded
