xcus me for the quality, taken with hp...

slot tis in between the spring n get stiffer rate, its a good diy for rm32 (8 each) u wil feel tat the spring stop goin down at some point.

u can choose the high, mine is 1 inch which fits my king spring nicely

bro, where u bought this? is it available at all spare parts shop? after fix this, will it get bumpy ride? Planning to do it my rear sport spring coz alil low, wanna make it higher...

Dats mean u ord try ka bro?? Izit really works??

back then,it consider good cos at that time adjustable suspension
cost u an arm n a leg,hehehehe...i shorten it 1 inch n match it with
a cut spring.cut spring is stiff especially if u take off 2 1/2 coil of it.
so i match it with a gas absorber(gas tend to be stiffer then oil).
when u use stiff spring,u need stiff absorber.for me it's worth it
(back then).:_:

i'll be doin dat around one of these days..hehehe.. even china-made adjustable is quite expensive..

DIY spring Stiffener

Dude, i had smae problem my spring abit low so always hit undercariage

Wat i did was

1. I bought 1 meter of rubber hose RM 7 -The Good one got double layer with threads all like the gas hose type-Heat resistant to certain level

2 Slot it in on the lower part of spring for about 5-7 " until u can push max.Use some rubber grease to ease the process

3. Fit the spring back - go for ride and see whether stiff enuff or not- if still not enough do the same to upper part of the spring too

4.If u do this too all four - u ll have less squeking noise and wat i see is car slightly higher and handling still as good as it was.

I user iswara- wat car u use ?

Bro may i know where to find that rubber hose??...how much height u gains after installing those? 2-3 inches can ah?

dun cut the spring la.. cutting spring wont make it stiffer.. instead only make the spring response faster(harder) good for handling but bumpy coz spring force back faster than longer spring..
if u think of making the spring stiffter.. if u can decrease the spring rod diameter n rod diameter la.. dangerous for big holes on the road

the rubber thingy will probably spoil ur spring when comes to heavy duty.. i found out from another forum.. google it 1st.. if cheap thing can have effect on ur ride.. then absorber n spring manufacturer bankrupt dy:rofl:
