i'd say wira 1.6 xli. have a friend who owns a 10 year old ( at least ) wira 1.6, whacking the car everyday with the OD (overdrive) and still no major prob. ;D wira 1.6 xli gets my vote.

first batch of WIRA LE & yr97 putra... :D good interior, high potential of mod, better build quality among other wira, satria, n the most important is, 1st batch wira LE & yr97 batch of putra engine direct 'fly' frm japan...
oher proton 1.8 are 1789cc, their are 1834cc.... :D
:D i tested one stock 97 putra b4, the pick to the red line is definately better than my friend's stage one modded GTI... :D
