That is why large companies must exercise their rights fast... hire and fire. If cannot perform, sack. If disrespect to the board of directors, sack. Conducting personal business on company time and payroll, sack. Otherwise, the longer they keep the non-performing staff, the more money they lose (in terms of salary and benefits).

My dad's company does this all the time. To the point they changed managers every 3 months in 1 year. The longest stayed on for 4 years while the shortest is 2 weeks. It is hard to find good and qualified people. Those that stayed on and performed well were given ESOS and other benefits.

3 years ago proton waja 1.6 enter the Australia market with the idea of "malaysian's answer to BMW 3 series" ......that time me and my fren in Aus already laff like hell....but the waja price range was once close to BMW318i in Aus.....just a AUD$5000 gap!!

I AM VERY SICK OF PROTON MOVE TO TRICK MALAYSIANS THAT THEY ARE BUYING LOTUS SPORTS CAR!.

remember few months back, a proton salesmen gave me a promotional of gen2, and there's a graph something like that of a lotus sports car and they compare the design to gen2. he said that gen2 is evolved from this lotus sports car and proton take the gen2 dashboard from lotus..it's very similar..and he even said that gen2 campro engine if tuned properly can beat vtec? walau....
