Yup, I still have some diesel engine oil, I might try again because the last time I suppose to use to flush my engine but it became so quiet I use for 5k km.....i think most of us just try dumping in better (or thicker) oil or additives.... then just live with it.... my car sounds like its partially a diesel while idling
i see, just that i read that the stock tappets have a design flaw so am wondering if the aftermarket ones will silent the noise. yep my engine is pretty much stock as of nowElgin and Duratech are pretty popular aftermarket brands. No harm going that direction but they are considerably more expensive than stock right? Got budget go for Duratech. No money go with stock. Your car is stock right?
talking about the ones with the bigger oil holes?i see, just that i read that the stock tappets have a design flaw so am wondering if the aftermarket ones will silent the noise. yep my engine is pretty much stock as of now
