Looking for Tyres to replace my old Skyline GTT

Dear All Forumer Guru's...

Need to replace my old tyres.
im using 235 40 R17..
Quite hard to get a 40, so, i might settle for 45..

Any recommendations?
(Michelin,BS,Hankook,etc)
Im open to any suggestions and recommendations...

My budget goes Rm500pp and below...

Need to have a good,reliable wet and dry everyday car...
non-performance type...
just once in a while though...
hehehe...

Need to know fast....

With that budget, probably Nexen N8000 or GT Radial HPY if they have that size....
