I used it b4, install lightened crank pulley in my E34 520 BMW, also coupled with elec fan... the old bmw shifu was murmuring at first that i was wasting my money so on so forth, but after we tested the car together he was impressed with the acceleration, he said can compete with 525.

My top speed still the same. The pulley is exactly same size as stock, just that much lighter... some aftermarket not only lightened but also became smaller then will have bad effect... anyway, all is just based on me beginner's exp, so pls check wif other senior ppl as well..

not to say rubbish... it has its benefits.... it reduces the mass of rotation... making ur engine easier to rev/accelerate....

to be honest, don't expect a lot of power for this mod.sometime it came back nil on
dyno.some claim to add around 5-6hp.the main thing is acceleration or pick-up.
like what sky sifu said.imagine shaving up to 2kg on ur crank pulley.it can turn faster
w/o much effort.that the reason y this thing was invented.

why come can gain hp some can not? we should choose the bigger pulley or smaller pulley or just same size with our original one?

thx sifu, i think the most important is the balancing, or else it will cause power loss right?

on flywheel,it's more noticeable cos f/w is damn heavy.were talking about 7-8kg of weight
compare to 2-3kg.i think those who install racing f/w should definitely install lcp.it will
make the engine rev easier.

Hey guys, just got an 84-85 Prelude. Its got a sunroof but can't seem to get it open. I've been doing a lot of work on the car on my own but I don't feel confident enough to remove the headlining and tackle the roof.

Does anyone here know anyone who repairs sunroofs? I know its quite a big job as the motor might be dead or something inside the headlining is broken but I really want this thing to work. :)

Thanks!
