Besides 24 Hours Nürburgring, 24 Heures du Mans, the Tokyo Motor Show and the Nismo Festival, I think WTAC would be another motorsport venue and event that I must visit before I die. <b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b>

A couple of FD3S are also contending last weekend but the strong contingent of Mitsubishi Evolutions dominated the top five.

Tarzan Yamada piloting the Cyber Evo has won the World Time Attack Challenge 2011 at Eastern Creek, Sydney, Australia.

A triumphant rejoice I hear in the Evo camp as their counterparts (though heavily modified both in the power as well as aero department). I've never been a fan of the Mitsubishi Evolution although I've almost gotten myself an Evo 8 MR last year. But who would argue that the potent combination of engine and 4WD could give seriously fast lap times.

Serious downforce needed to be the best of the best

Be careful with the fingers, this one bites!

The amazing clothes hangar, expensive but definitely worth the 1:28.851 lap record

Top five results of the Pro Class WTAC 2011:

1. Tarzan Yamada, Cyber Evo 1:28.851
2. David Empringham, Sierra Sierra 1.29.0240
3. Mitsuhiro Kinoshita, Garage Revolution Mazda RX-7 1:30.501
4. Garth Walden, Tilton Interiors Mitsubishi Evo 1:30.866
5. Anda Suzuki, Scorch Racing S15 1:31.456

Quite bummed that Sierra Sierra EVO can't take champion, just like last year:(
And Cyber EVO is a bit unprofessional for accusing Sierra Sierra for using nitrous
That utter BS as Sierra Sierra EVO use the new bad ass Borg Warner EFR 9180 which is a 1000hp rated 67mm inducer compressor turbo
Oh well...there are always next year....

Dang! The aerodynamics of Cyber Evo & Yamada's steel balls surely made a difference... Salute!!

This are my DIY gauge holders.... Very amateur..heheh
Comments are welcomed...

Material used:

1 x Plastic Clipboard (forgot how much)
2 x 2" PVC Hose Elbow (RM2 each)
1 x Spray Paint (RM5)
1 x Anti Slip Mat
Double-sided tape, Some sponge, 14-gauge wires, sand paper

I chose to use the dashboard aircond outlet to place my gauges, as the empty space inside would make it easier to hide the wires...
