It looks like a very good track. Well, the Johor royalty are very busy people. Many things to attend to. And they are doing this with their own funds not government money so they can take all the time in the world to do it, plus the fact they own it in the first place.
I guess they lack a manager to manage it for them. Cause royalty have, well, royal things to do. If only someone who knows how to manage a race track, not just the physical aspect, but managing and organising events, finding sponsors etc.
If only the royalty knew someone with such experience and know-how, plus connections to the industry, PLUS passionate about it. Wait, sounds like someone we all know,

With events organised, with people and traffic, there will be food and beverage stalls operating, small traders, and with footfall you can then get sponsors.
