guys i dunno where to put this topic..so i put at general topic.i wanna ask about the problem of bold 4. i just bought about 1 weeks ago.but second day using this telephone i found a error or bug in this telephone.ok first problem is, after i receive or make a phone call.. (after end of conversation) after that i try to play a ringtone or song. then the sound could not loading or appear..mean no sound .. this everytime i make a phone call the sound disappear need to reboot the telephone. second problem is my phone always stuck/hang at evening (5pm-7.00pm) always hang , no sound at this time.
how do i want solved this problem? i bought at pda expert midvalley. this phone under brightstar. everyday same problem appear. could any one help me on this problem? need to change or update to latest OS? now my bb 9900 os is 7.0.0.246 i think. i search on google they said this os version not very stable.can i know which shop can update os version for my bb 9900?
