Formula One is returning to America and the motorsports fraternity couldn't be more excited. Work has already begun on the circuit, set to be dubbed the Circuit of the Americas upon completion, and will be a multipurpose complex that will serve other uses as well.

The people behind the circuit have cooked up a promotional video that highlights the circuit and the benefits that it will bring to its home, Austin, Texas. Not only will it be the home of motorsports in the countyr, the circuit will also pull in lots of race fans that have deep pockets and are generous. Furthermore, the construction of the circuit will open up thousands of jobs and the subsequent operations of it will create even more employment chances.

A variety of races will be held at the circuit, including Formula One and MotoGP. It can even be used for business functions, full-sized concerts and can even serve as a trauma training facility for medical students in the area. Of course, the latter uses don't really bother us and we're just counting down the days until the roar of Formula One engines echoes at the U.S. Grand Prix in 2012.
