Same here. I'm going to clean those oily carbon deposits.. I don't want those carbon deposit end up near the valve seat and may cause early build up of carbon deposit.

These was the reason that I really want clean cylinder head and cigarette smoke leak test. Some picture of my special tools because I don't have assistant.
