it's not that we don't think hamilton deserve to win... it's just that he is young... he is lucky to have come into a top team with a fast yet reliable car... he still has many chances of grabbing a world title... if he lose it now, he still have many more years to come... unless he is that desperate and that stuck on to become the sports 1st rookie WDC... which i see no point in... Kimi is 28 this year and i can say is with all his chances and luck... you understand...I'm hoping for a Hamilton win. But why you guys don't think Hamilton deserve to be world champion.
yes...agreed... and he did not even break a tear... but it was not a fairy tale season al the way for kimi... it is a fairy tale ending for him at least...Holy Cow! The Kimi Make a Wish Foundation is successful!
Kimi winning the WDC was a longshot and yet somehow it happened. I have to say that his bad luck in Championship races finally turned the other way. Well done Kimi! There couldn't have been a more deserving person, really. Lots of blood, sweat and tears. To come so close on so many occasions only to be undone by misfortune. The Iceman finally has Lady Luck shining on him.
What a fairy tale ending to a certainly fairy tale season.
The latest news is that the appeal has been denied. Kimi keeps the title.keep your fingers crossed for both Kimi/Ferrari and Hammy/McLaren fans......

saw he was carried away on a stretcher... think he is okay... he gave the camera a thumbs up somemore...well.. i just hope the tittle stays with Kimi. It would suck enuf to have it snatched away...
anyway, Nakajima crashing into the crew during the pit stop is really terrible. Hopefully the crew member is ok.. and wish him a quick recovery.
RON should have learned abit more about his equality "policies" in the team... this is not the first time it is happening in McLaren's history... at least it is not as bad as Prost and Senna's time... these 2 are just trying to annoy each other. The latest news is that the appeal has been denied. Kimi keeps the title.
A fitting result and a well-deserved World Champion.
Suck on that Bernie Ecclestone and he can stick his damn opinions about Kimi up his behind.
It's funny, you know. All year Ferrari has worked as a team with both Kimi and Massa supporting each other...they merely had some bad luck with reliability on some races. Over at McLaren, all through the year with plenty of talk, plenty of politicking....two dysfunctional drivers warring with each other in a dysfunctional team headed by a dysfunctional Ron Dennis. On the verge of glory at China and then ended up with a BIG FAT ZERO at Interlagos....no driver's title, no constructor's title, US$100 million fine. LOL !!
it is just the usual RON... using every trying to any and everything to get it his way... he did this once during the first ever Sepang GP in 1999 i think... accusing of the Ferrari barge boards being 1mm over the allowed dimensions...keep your fingers crossed for both Kimi/Ferrari and Hammy/McLaren fans......

But from what I saw from starsports. McLaren will clinch the contructor championship by 218(this is what I remember) if they had not disqualified.the thing is, even if mclaren werent disqualified from the constructors championship, ferrari win by 1 point. 204 pts compared to 203 pts
ferrari > bmw > mclaren
i somewhat agree with Fernando alonso that it would be shameful for Hammy to win the champions title in court.....
haha... i bet that is the case...FA looked kinda ok during the post-race conference....
I think he'd rather lose the title to KR than LH....hehe.....
Well...looks like I'm gonna be bored for the next 142 days till Melbourne....
if he hamilton does in fact think that maturely... i think he is going to be among one the great drivers in future with this sort of positive attitude...Hamilton said:"To have the World title taken away is a bit cruel and probably not good for the sport," Hamilton told BBC 5live Sport.
"It would feel weird after Kimi did such a fantastic job in the last two races and won on Sunday."
"I want to win it on the track. You want to do it in style, you want to win the race or battling it out for the lead.
"Being promoted after other people have been thrown out is not the way I want to do it."
"I'm only 22 and there's going to be plenty more opportunities for me to win the World Championship. I have no doubt that we can do that in the future," he added.
"It has been a phenomenal year and it has just been a real pleasure to be part of the team.
"I'm extremely proud of them and of my family and everyone that's supported me to get me where I am."
i presume this is said because he does not want Hamilton to win (over him and in the same car being treated "equally" as FA claimed did not happen) :PAlonso said:"If he (Hamilton) wins the Championship due to this, it wouldn't be fair and I would be embarrassed for this sport,"
"I'm not sure what he (Hamilton) would think. I guess if they give you the title you don't think it's a present, but rather that you deserve it.
of course... that is if Hamilton is the next closest to winning the championship....if not, he would have asked RON to use whatever dirt he can dig up to crush Raikonen's chance of wining the title...hahah...Alonso said:"If you have more points you are the deserved Champion like in football. He won six races and Hamilton, like me, won four."
Alonso has no doubt Raikkonen is worthy of the title, adding: "He is the deserved Champion."
