Waja 4G18 SOHC to DOHC??hmm..possible?

hi guys..i found this ad in mudah.my that can convert waja single cam to twin cam..is this possible?as i know,only 4G15 DOHC head can plonk into 4G18 engine..but,i've asked,and the head is from CK2A..
