i have i question

if i do some modification on my single cam like
*Port n Polish
*Skim Head
*Skim Flywheel
*Adjustable Cam Pulley
*Use clutch cover 3 plate but no use 3 plate.

which 1 better..??

1-Convert twin cam.(Just Plug in the head)No modified this head.
2-Modified single cam

i need more pickup but do not use 3 plate clutch.Sakt kaki.


Any one can give your opinion..??

Dalam dilema skng ni.Tlg ye kwn2 sume..

My poin of u is to go for twin cam...
No one care bout is single or twin cam...as long as u r 4G93...
Twin cam better performance!!!

i have made 1 desicion..

i use back my blok 1.6.(dah x serabut nak g endorse)
use 4g91 head.

1st
i want test head standart
Feel standart head what the difrence
after this i want to port polish

2nd
i still use ori ECU 1.6 (5806)
my rev cut is 6.5-6.8
i want upgrade my revcut until 8

i more thing...
i check my flywheel is 8.5"
already skim n i think balance is 2.5KG
3 plate clutch EXEDY
1.5 gearbox manual
open port..

my question is..
1-should i skim head to get more pressure..??
2-what injector should i use..??
3-Change a bigger trottle body like perdana sei..??

i will update my project asap

TQ
1) thumb rule for NA modification, higher compression ratio yields higher horsepower.... but there is a limitation towards knocking/pinging/detonation... recommended to skim, but not too much...

2) since u using back ori ecu without piggyback ecu, use back ur ori 184cc injectors can adi... upgrade fuel pressure regulator to fine tune ur fuel pressure if insufficient at high rpm...

3) good upgrade but i not sure if 4g91 intake manifold compatible with it or not...

i already install my engine
but i have a problem with distributor

yesterday i sent to shop
skim my housing distributor
bcoz housing distributor wira 1.6 is bigger
can`t fit into head 4g91

many problem when i install
my engine so heavy when crank

if not mistake
can use distributor 4g91 Carburator
no need modified wiring
just plug n play
but the price so highest

Tomorrow i will try
distributor mazda B6+Coil (BOTOL)
we will see what going on..

i`m very2 excited to drive my car with new engine (SOHC to DOHC)
use 3 plate clutch EXEDY.

How the feel..:hmmmm:

bcoz my car now 4g92..
