Suitable spare tire for Satria Neo re-drilled from PCD 114.3 to PCD 100

Hi all,

As per title above, I am looking for a PCD 100 spare tire that can fit satria neo.

Stock spare tire for neo is in this size : T135 / 70 / D16

I've been asking around so many tire shop but none can help & i dun have the luxury to find & test it all the time. I am hoping you bros out there can recommend me one.
