Successfully tendered registration number, how to resell???

Hi sifu sifu, I just successfully tender a registration number for my "new" car. However due to some circumstances, I'm not buying the new car anytime soon. May I know where can I resell the registration number?

i think u can withdraw your tender then the 2nd person below u will get it.
try asking JPJ

last time they keep it...and will be open for sale again after a few (week/month?)..but only through the 'pegawai'...no open tender again...

nowdays different..i cant recalled..i think goes to the 2nd highest bidder..
