I have been using so many types of things to get rid of this stain but still no result. I am getting sick and tired of it already. Especially since yesterday morning when a so called high end car wash in my area used something to remove it but made it worse. its now kinda hazy and makes it more difficult to drive during the day and night. I need help from those experienced ones to help me get rid of the stains. I have been searching online for the past week and i conclude a few things.
1. toothpaste, kerosine, vinegar, all alcohol based products wont work.
2. car wash centres dont have the solution either.
3. i think its not water mark, take a look at the pic

Dr. Cermin suggested to change the windscreen which will cost more than RM1k. They asked to do insurance.

Another car wash guy suggested to leave the car for 2 hours and pay him RM180 to get rid of it. I dont know what he will do.

Either way, its quite expensive for me. I dont mind DIY even if it takes a lot of time and effort.

The stains are not very visible on pictures. But u can still see them. These are the pics:

These are the stains i was talking about. To remove this, a car wash used some substances and made it hazy. Its blur in that area. No pics of that yet. I am desperate looking for a solution. Please help me out here. Thanks.

EDIT: This stain is only on the driver side, i believe previous owners must have tried using some product and made it such. Some people said its chemical or some kind of acid which was left too long on the windscreen. But I have no proof or what so ever to confirm this.

From what I was taught, I have yet to have time to try it yet.
Bought a Clay bar at only RM29.90.

My friend, which had also went for KC's detailing Clinic, he told me to
get a Clay, and then just use a bit of car was shampoo.

Use it on the windscreen, to clean off the stains or grease that will usually
appear when it rains, like as though I have zebra stripes on my rear windscreen.

Even after car wash, the stains are still there..rain stain remover cant even remove it.
So, he taught me this method but I had yet to try. Will try and see and let u know when
im free. But I guess KC can help to enlighten u on this matter earlier.

But ur windscreen looks kinda fill with scratches? (1st and 2nd Photo)

If those are scratch marks, from what i know, I don't think it can be removed.
If it is very bad, is best to change the windscreen, it will be hell of a glaring when
driving at night since there are so many lights at night especially if from oncoming
traffic.

Will let u know anyhow if i manage to removed the stains...

i wouldnt have noticed th scratches if u had not told me about it. meaning that it isn't disturbing my driving. but the stains make the car ugly. and now with the hazy effect due to the substance used by the car wash guy, it is disturbing when driving day and night.

can this be done? if i am not wrong, i was told before that i can add on because they will treat it as kes tipu. meaning after the windscreen break only, i insure it. dr cermin told me to wait till my r/tax expires then only insure the windscreen. thats bout 11 months away. haha

edit: mine is not insured anyway.

good news for me. i managed to get rid of the stains. its completely gone. all the expensive solutions, suggestions to change the windscreen are all maybe just some business gimmicks. i only paid RM10 for it. its a car wash centre. i dont know what they used but it worked fine. i am happy now n if anyone who faces the same problem, can pay them a visit. its in ros merah area, in jb. cant remember the shop name. if i happen to pass by that area, will take note of the shop name n post it here.

lucky for u bro...but anyways when your roadtax & insurance expires, remember
to add on windscreen insurance. bout rm150 for rm1k insured.
thanks for the advice bro. will do as u mentioned. however, the other day when i went to dr cermin, he asked to cover for 2k cuz my windscreen is hard to get and need to order. he asked me to pay rm200+? i thought he was honest but now i dont know cuz u say cover 1k enuf?
