SAFC for eterna v6 twin turbo..!! need suggestion

hi all senior here...i wanna ask that if my car, eterna v6 twin turbo which currently i fix an AVCR ...do u guys think i need to fix also the SAFC?? what benefit will i gain? some seller claim that it will safe my fuel also? izzit true??

i also wan to ask the same question,, because sum1 told me that the FC can be lower by using this gadget,, quite interesting for me.
